A federal high court in Abuja, has dismissed the suit filed by the Benue State Government, challenging the powers of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, to investigate its accounts.
Justice Nnamdi Dimgba dismissed the suit, for lacking in merit.
But he urged the commission to be neutral and impartial in discharging its statutory functions.
