The trial of four suspects allegedly involved in the killing of 14 persons at a Catholic Church, in Ozubulu, Anambra state has been transferred to the state high court Awka.
This is due to influences and crowd control that may serve as negative interest to the trial.
A prosecuting witness who is the former president of the Ozubulu Union in South Africa , Nwaudo Onyeka, testified in evidence to the incident that linked the accused, Chinedu Akunonu to the killings.
Justice Aniukwu Fidelis adjourned the case until next month.
