Church organisation must address leadership flaws – Akinadewo

Organisation of African Instituted Churches has said for the country to experience growth, there is need to urgently address time management in all sectors.

Speaking during a leadership seminar with the theme: “Leadership and time management”, the guest lecturer and Supreme Head of Motailatu Church Cherubim & Seraphim Worldwide, Israel Akinadewo said proper time management is a key factor.

This he says will determine the success of organisations and even success achieved by church leaders.
