Bayelsa 2019: Dickson wants INEC, Security agencies to be neutral

Receiving its Ambassador to Nigeria, the Governor of Bayelsa sought the partnership of the European Union towards achieving non-violent elections which has led to the displacement of people in previous elections.

Eight months after the twin tragedy and less than five weeks to the Governorship election the European Union Ambassador to Nigeria and his
Polish counterpart meet the Bayelsa State Governor.

Ketil Karlsen wants the Independent National Electoral Commission and security agencies to be neutral before and during the election.

Both parties have agreed to work together to achieve violence-free, fair and credible Governorship election on the 16th of November.
