Operatives of the Amotekun Corps have arrested a thirty-five year old ex-convict, for conspiring to rob a motorcyclist in Akure, the state capital, just 25 days after he was released from a correctional centre.
The suspect is among thirty-three suspects arrested by the state command of Amotekun.
Kamorudeen Owolabi is one of the suspects arrested by men of the Amotekun Corps in Ondo state.
The suspect, who is an ex-convict that just completed his jail term for stealing iron rods, was arrested, this time for conspiring to steal a motorcycle.
He was unlucky, as others escaped from the scene.
The command also paraded six suspected kidnappers, armed robbers, burglars among others.
To ensure that the coming festive period is peaceful, the command said it is ready to launch this year’s boundary patrol.
