The federal high court sitting in Abuja has granted bail to 109 foreign nationals charged with alleged cybercrime in the sum of N1billion and five sureties.
The five sureties must each have property worth N200M each located in Abuja.
The defendants are to deposit their passports with the court.
While the sureties are to deposit two passport photograph with the court.
The sureties are to also swear to an affidavit of means and submit the documents of the property with the registrar of the court.
Justice Ekerete Akpan approved the bail on Friday after hearing from counsels involved in the case.
