The Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned the trial of Justice Sylvester Ngwuta till Wednesday and Thursday, next week.
Justice John Tsoho adjourned the case after the prosecutor informed him of a delay in the arrival of the evidence gathered, during the search of Justice Ngwuta’s residence last October.
The prosecutor appealed to the judge to enable her present the evidence.
The prosecutor had on Tuesday amended the charges against justice Ngwuta, and asked for the adjournment of the case to produce evidence.
