The incident which occurred on Friday evening, left many of the victims in total shock.

It was a black Friday for some residents of Gaga community of Oke-Aro in Akure, the Ondo state capital.

Many residents had retired home to rest without any sign of the looming disaster.

Mostly affected were houses belonging to aged people, who depend on charity for survival.
