TVC N. The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Hon Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has said, about 24 Nigerian’s were rescued from the hand of Muammar Mohammed Abu Minyar Gaddafi, commonly known as Colonel Gaddafi, as he was about to execute them.
She said this during the interview segment with YourView TVC on the (2nd of January 2017). she described the execution of a Nigerian in diaspora especially in Singapore for drug related offences as heartbreaking.
She also urged Nigerians to avoid drug trafficking which can result in similar executions.
