The United Nations says 230 civilians have been killed in Syrian and Russian airstrikes in the past week.
The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights says it believes it is now time to make a concerted push for peace in Syria, and refer the situation there to the International Criminal Court.
The office also believes the past week has seen Syria war’s worst violence, including reports indicating possible use of “toxic agents”.
