The Kebbi State Government has received three prestigious awards from Saudi Arabia for its outstanding commitment to the success of the 2024 Hajj exercise
This was announced by the Chairman of the State Pilgrims’ Welfare Agency Faruk Enabo when he led the Board Members and Management Staff of the Agency to a courtesy call to the Governor at Government House, Birnin Kebbi on Monday.
Kebbi State received an award for the best Hajj airlift exercise, an excellent feeding arrangement and peaceful conduct of Pilgrims during the Hajj period, among all Nigerian States.
Mr. Enabo, announced that Kebbi state was among the best globally in the diligent conduct of the 2024 Hajj exercise.
According to him, the governor’s exemplary and unparalleled commitment resulted in the excellent conduct of the exercise.
Responding, Governor Nasir Idris passed a vote of confidence on the board appreciating thier good work and thier unwavering care for the pilgrims.
