A section of the Aroromi spare parts market in Ibadan has been gutted by fire.
It was gathered that the fire incident, which started around 2 a.m.today, Saturday, January 14, 2023 affected about thirty shops.
Goods worth millions of naira were lost.

An eyewitness told TVC News that the fire was suppressed at 4:00 by fire fighters and since then they have been gathering their lost items.
One of the traders said her three shops were affected where she lost goods worth over 1.5million naira.
The incident is coming a few weeks after a tanker lost control and burst into flames in Ibadan.

The market is one of the major markets in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
