The African Development Bank will inaugurate its Electricity Regulatory Index this Month, in line with its new deal on Energy for Africa.The aim is to obtain universal access to energy in Africa by 2025.
The Electricity Regulatory Index will be launched during the Africa Energy Forum in Port Louis.
The ERI evolved from knowledge collected from electricity sector regulators and power utilities in 15 African countries.
