Three Nigerian Professional Football League clubs Rangers International, Lobi Stars and Niger Tornadoes have been fined by the League Management Company (LMC) for several breaches in their opening day fixtures.
Champions Rangers were fined about 3,500 dollars for breaching LMC rules.
The Enugu club was slammed for not restricting access to unauthorized persons to all restricted areas at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium in the course of their 2-1 defeat to Abia Warriors.
Lobi Stars and Niger Tornadoes were also fined for failing to have the surname of their players written at the back of their jerseys and for having inferior lettering of shirt names and numbers.
