Image result for We will leave no stone unturned in fighting drug counterfeiters - NAFDACThe National Agency for Food Drugs and Administration Control has announced it will leave no stone unturned in dismantling the operations and networks of drug counterfeiters in the country.

According to a statement by NAFDAC, some of its officials and Police officers were attacked by a mob under the watch of the executive members of the Plumbing Material Market Association Head Bridge Onitsha.

This comes after some officials of NAFDAC visited the plumbing material market at head bridge market in Onitsha for evacuation of substandard and counterfeit products.

Inspite of this, the team evacuated limited quantity of the counterfeit Anti-malarial, Antibiotics, including Tetanus Toxoid stored in a warehouse with temperature of over 40oC.
