Applicants for the National Identification Number in Bayelsa State have given reasons for defying COVID-19 protocol.
Some of them who spoke with TVC News in Yenagoa said they chose not to wear face masks because they are not in a crowded environment. Others attributed the reason to the unfriendly nature of the face masks, saying it chokes them.
