The Chairman, Governing Council of the Osun State University, Yusuf Alli has called on striking unions in the Institution to respect other workers’ rights through their industrial action.He was reacting to the alleged call by the Unions to remove him and the Vice Chancellor, Professor Labo Popoola from their positions, and said the unions have no constitutional right to prevent whoever chooses to remain in school from doing so.
He maintained that he has done nothing wrong as the council chairman of UNIOSUN since he assumed duty in 2016.
