The House of Representatives on Thursday was thrown into a rowdy session over the three per cent allocation for the host community in the Petroleum Industry Bill.
The House is now in closed door meeting as Chinyere Igwe from Rivers state protested three per cent allocation to oil producing communities in the PIB.
