“Take it back Movement” , one of the organizers of the nationwide protest has rejected the proposal by the Inspector General of Police Kayode Egbetokun for confined protests.
The IGP suggested that the protests be confined in identified locations and advised against street rallies.
A Senior Advocate of Nigeria Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa solicitor for The “Take It Back Movement,” rejected the proposal of the IGP.
The meeting which was held virtually also had in attendance Human rights lawyer Femi Falana, a senior advocate of Nigeria who represented the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), other lawyers and civil society organisations
