First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, has congratulated the wife of the Senate President, Ekaette Unoma Akpabio, on her 55th birthday, commending her contributions to women’s development and her commitment to family values.
In a birthday message on Tuesday, Senator Tinubu extended her felicitations to Mrs Akpabio, her husband, Godswill Akpabio, their children and loved ones on the occasion of her milestone birthday.
The First Lady described Mrs Akpabio’s impact, particularly during her time as First Lady of Akwa Ibom State, as commendable, noting that her legacy continues to inspire women in the state and beyond.

“Your impact and legacy, particularly as the First Lady of Akwa Ibom State, is commendable and continues to inspire the womenfolk in your State,” Tinubu said.

She also praised Mrs Akpabio’s devotion to her family, describing her as a role model for young families at a time when family values face growing challenges.
“As a wife and mother, I applaud and salute your love for family; that is an example to young families in times like this, when family values are eroded,” she stated.
The First Lady prayed for God’s continued blessings upon Mrs Akpabio, wishing her good health, peace, joy and long life.
“I pray that Almighty God grants you long life, in divine health, peace, joy, and abundant blessings,” she added.
Mrs Akpabio was the First Lady of Akwa Ibom State from 2007 to 2015.
