The Presidency has described as unfortunate, the growing lack of respect for journalism ethics and press laws in Nigerian newspapers in regards to the clashes in Benue State.
Presidential Media Aide, Garba Shehu expressed concern at the frequent expressions of hate speech published by newspapers, in news stories and columns.
He admonished media houses to call their columnists to order and tell them to express their grievances and criticisms without resorting to gutter language or name calling.
