The acting Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu has ordered that, men under his command should undergo a capacity building training on democratic policing.
The training is expected to impact on Police officers scheduled to participate in the conduct of the election, certain basic requirements and behavioral expectation before, during and after the poll.
The training will also enable police officers to familiarise themselves with the provisions of the electoral Act in line with the specifications of election security management.
