NAHCON reduces 2019 Hajj fares

Image result for NAHCON reduces 2019 Hajj fare by more than 50,000 nairaThe National Hajj Commission has announced a reduction in this year’s fare following the downward review of rates by Saudi Arabian ministry of hajj and Umrah on portal and transportation routes during during this year’s pilgrimage.

This means that intending pilgrims who have made full payment will be getting a refund of about fifty thousand naira (50,000).

In a statement signed by NAHCON head of Public Affairs, the commission, urged all state welfare boards, agencies and armed forces to ensure immediate refund of the amount to those who have already completed payment of the earlier announced fare.

In the last decade, the cost of hajj has been on the spiral swing which many attributed to the hajj commission, but with this development, NAHCON is optimistic of vindication.
