The Wife of the President of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari is an advocate for women empowerment. She said during an interview with Your View at the Presidential Villa, that women continue to suffer domestic abuse due to lack of financial independence.
Aisha Buhari was amongst the dignitaries that supported this year’s national women conference of the Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO), with the theme ‘Strong Family, Strong Nation.’
She continues to empower women with her grace and intellect.
