Police authorities have said seven persons lost their lives when youth clashed at Kasuwan Mageni, in Kajuru local government area of Kaduna state, after a misunderstanding.
Police also confirmed that 15 persons were injured and several houses razed.
Ten suspects have been arrested in connection with the violence and security personnel have flooded the area and its environs.
