President-General of Nimo community in Njikoka local government area of Anambra state, Frank Anthony-Igboka, has been killed by unknown gunmen
Eyewitnesses say the gunmen ambushed Mr Anthony-Igboka’s vehicle, opened fire, before fleeing the scene.
Police Public Relations officer in the state, Haruna Muhammed, has confirmed the incident but says details are still sketchy.
He disclosed an investigation is underway to ascertain circumstances surrounding the incident and arrest the perpetrators.
