Nigeria under-17 women’s head coach, Bala Nikyu, believes that his players “were frightened” facing Brazil, leading to their 1-0 loss in Saturday’s Fifa Under-17 Women’s World Cup match in Jordan.
Nkiyu faulted his team’s lack of cohesive play but is confident the Flamingoes will do better against other opponents.
Nigeria’s will square up against England on Tuesday, October the 8th.
The Flamingoes are looking to better their previous feat of reaching the quarterfinals.
