Court affirms Senator Ademola Adeleke as the authentic governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in Osun State.
A 5 member of Panel the Apex court had dismissed the appeal filed by Dotun Babayemi challenging the candidacy of Ademola Adeleke.
The Apex court in its judgment dismissed the appeal filed by Mr Babayemi, after his lawyer had withdrawn same for filing out of the statutory period of 14days for pre-election matters
