There is heavy media presence at the Lekki Too plaza, venue of the #OccupyLekkiTollGate protest.
Our correspondent who is also at the location says security is beefed up and vehicular movements are allowed in and out of the axis.
Recall that Lagos State and the federal governments have appealed to protesters to shelve their plan, citing security concerns and Coronavirus threats.
