The Commercial director of Process and Industrial Development ( P &ID), Muhammad Kuchazi was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes commission.
Mr Kuchazi was arraigned on an 8 count charge of money laundering before Justice Folashade Giwa-Ogunbanjo of the federal high court Abuja.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Mr Kuchazi was arraigned alongside his company Kore Holdings.
Having pleaded not guilty to the charges, Justice Giwa-Ogunbanjo adjourned to 4th February for hearing of the defendant bail application and 27th April for trial
According to the prosecution Mr Kuchazi is a sole signatory of Kore holdings and would have benefited the sum of $300million in the P &ID $9.6billion judgment deal against Nigeria had the case succeeded.
