Road Transport Workers, was convened at the instance of the North Central Zone of the joint border operation to clear some grey areas over its operations at border communities in Kwara state.
There have been complaints from the petroleum marketers that their tankers were impounded by the customs even outside the 20 kilometre radius before the Nigeria-Benin republic border.
It was also agreed that erring passengers found with prohibited items should be arrested instead of the driver, provided such passengers had been forewarned by the driver.
