Passengers using the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos will soon start enjoying free WIFI services at the airport.
Regional Manager, South West, Victoria Shin-Aba said the provision of the free WIFI is part of the strategies to improve its service delivery.
Lilian Eze-Mark reports that Air passengers have continued to express dissatisfaction with frequent flight delays and cancellations but National Coordinator, Servicom wants the regulatory body and airlines to be alive to its responsibilities.
The forum concluded that complaints from customers border on workers’ poor attitude to work which is at variance with global acceptable standards.
The way forward include replacement of obsolete equipment at the airports, continuous staff training,establishment of complaints desk, provision of uniforms for staff on the desk for easy identification by customers.
