Three days after the killing of Olufunke Olakunrin, the daughter of Afenifere leader, Reuben Fasoranti, some young people have protested in Akure.
They’re calling on the presidency to ensure Nigeria is safe, and on police to have the attackers arrested.
The youth walked to the home of the Afenifere leader demanding for justice, describing the killing of the Afenifere leader’s daughter as unacceptable.
Meanwhile, there were other sympathisers at the home of the leader of Afenifere.
Former Governor of Ogun state, Gbenga Daniel, and the Senator representing Ondo central, Pius Akinyelure were some of those there today.
They called for a total overhaul of the nation’s security architecture.
