Four persons have been reported dead and three others injured in a road crash that occurred on the Akwanga/Keffi highway in Nasarawa State.
Confirming the incident, the State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) said the accident which happened at Water Board area of Akwanga Local Government Area, involved a Toyota Carina with registration number SMK302FA and Toyota Hilux van with registration number AV522BWR.
He explained that it was a head on collusion between the two vehicles in the early hours of today.
The Sector Commander explained that the injured are currently receiving treatment at the General Hospital Akwanga while the corpses of the four victims have been deposited at the mortuary.
