Taraba state governor, Darius Ishaku, has sworn in Justice Philibus Andhetur as the new Chief Judge of the state.
He urged the new chief judge to be fair to all in the dispensation of justice.
Governor Ishaku also urged other judges to support the new chief judge, stressing that should their principal officer fail, such failure would run off on all of them.
