Speaking on the proposed international conference, Chairman of the conference, Prof Rosaline Opeke said the event will begin with Pre-Conference Workshops on Monday, 14 January, 2019. Topics to be considered at the pre-conference workshops include: Turn-it-in; SPSS/STATA and Practical Knowledge Management.
