Ondo State Government is targeting seven hundred thousand children between the ages of nine months and five years to be vaccinated against measles infection.
The State Commissioner of Health, Wahab Adegbenro disclosed this at a news conference on the 2018 measles vaccination campaign.

The Commissioner added that the vaccination would be done at churches, mosques, schools and all the 576 primary healthcare facilities instead of the usual house to house campaign.

The commissioner explained that the state government has paid sixteen million naira as counterpart funds for the 2018 measles vaccination campaign.
