Army chief visits Aba, pleased with military Operation

TVC’s Tony Ezechukwu reports that the  commencement of the Operation Python Dance Two, also known as Operation Egwu Eke wasn’t pleasant in Abia State, as soldiers clashed with members of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra.

With calm returning, the operation is now ongoing in Abia, as well as Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Cross River States.

The chief of Army staff lieutenat general Tukur Buratai accompanied by senior army officers, and the deputy governor of  state, Ude oko Chukwu inspected a guard of honour and then headed to the Army Language Institute in Ovim town.
