Bayelsa’s Dickson signs two bills into law

Signing the Bayelsa State Education Development Trust Fund Bill and the State Higher Education Students Loan Bill into law, Governor Dickson says political appointees, the civil service and multinational companies will all play a contributory role.

The Bayelse Higher Education Students Loan Bill and the Bayelsa State Education Develpment Trust Fund Bill both went through various stages of deliberation in the House of Assembly before Speaker Konbowei Benson took it to Governor Seriake Dickson for his assent.
