Bayelsa Governor Seriake Dickson has inaugurated a fourteen-man advisory committee on payroll fraud reforms in the state civil service.
The committee led by the Chairman of the Bayelsa Traditional Rulers Council, King Alfred Diete-Spiff has the mandate of the state governor to sanitize the civil service from administrative anomalies, enforce the “No Work-No Pay” policy and purge the workforce of the ghost worker syndrome.
