Lagos auditors tasked on financial prudence

Auditors in the Lagos civil service are set to promote quality audit in this time of recession.

Auditor General of  Lagos state and the chairman Public accounts committee in the Lagos state House of Assembly charged the auditors on the need to cooperate with all arms of government to ensure financial prudence in the state.

They were both speaking at the annual retreat for auditors practicing in the state.

The retreat focused on promoting public confidence and also quality audit services to lagosians and Nigerians in general.
