The All Progressives Congress (APC) has confirmed that it will respect the decision of the Court suspending Adams Oshiomhole as the party’s national chairman.
Acting National Secretary of APC, Victor Giadom, told newsmen at the party’s national secretariat that APC is a law abiding party.
Earlier, the court granted an order of interim injunction restraining Adams Oshiomole from parading himself as the National chairman of the APC, pending the determination of the case before it.
Ruling on the application filed by Mustapha Salihu and 5 others, Justice Danlami Senchi held that the plaintiffs have established a legal right to approach the court.
