An Abuja high court has remanded Abdulrasheed Maina in prison custody.
The Court gave the defendant 4 days to prepare his defence and ask the prison authorities to grant his counsel access to him.
The matter is adjourned to 30th October for commencement of trial, on a day to day basis
As at press time, the court has gone on a short break and would soon reconvene for the arraignment of his son, Fiasal Miana.
