The Katsina State Government said it will cooperate with its neighbours to secure its borders in a bid to prevent Cattle rustling.
Governor Aminu Masari said this will help prevent cattle rustlers operating within the state from having links with Boko Haram terrorists.
Masari said apart from a series of dialogue, the state has also committed millions of naira in addressing the problems of cattle rustling.
He said the state leadership of Miyetti Allah was invited to actively participate in process.
