Katsina state government has reiterates commitments towards partnering with any group or individual that has the mission of promoting its Health Restoration Agenda. This was part of the discussions at the end of a nine days free eye surgery for Cataract Patients on more than five hundred Children conducted by a Saudi Arabia base World Assembly of Muslim Youth, a non governmental organization.

Secretary to the state government say a lot of Human and Material resources have been committed by the incumbent administration towards improving the health sector.

He expressed appreciation to the World Assembly of Muslim Youth for conducting free eye surgery hoping that Katsina state will continue to benefit from from their various activities.

Team leader of the physicians say the commitment of the Katsina state government especially in the Health Sector coupled with improved security situation were some of the reasons that makes them select the state for the free eye treatment.
