A governorship aspirant in Ekiti State has identified capital flight as the major cause of poverty and underdevelopment of the state.
Bisi Aloba, a former Local Government Chairman was speaking in Ikere Ekiti when he declared his intention to contest the next Governorship Election in the state.
The aspirant told Ward and Local Government officials of the All Progressives Congress in Ikere council area that local politicians and local contractors have been sidelined by successive governments because the candidates lacked the neccessary grassroots appeal.
