Kenyan President has ruled out further talks with the striking doctors and directed them to return to work or face sack.
The doctors are demanding a 300% salary increment and improved working conditions at the public hospitals, which has a workforce of at least 5,000.
The government last week ordered the doctors to return to work, saying every doctor should negotiate their terms of work with their employers.
The doctors had earlier rejected a 40% salary increase, and an additional 6 million dollars as backdated allowances.
