The Nigerian Army has inducted 6,195 new soldiers into its ranks following their Passing Out Parade at the Depot Nigerian Army in Zaria.
The recruits, part of the 88 Regular Recruit Intake, successfully completed a rigorous six-month training programme before being deployed for active service.
At the ceremony, Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede called on the new soldiers to maintain discipline and remain committed in the fight against terrorism and insurgency across the country.
