The Airmen and officers of the Nigeria air force have been asked to rededicate themselves to the fight against banditry, insurgency and other insurrection threatening the peace of the country.
The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Isiaka Amao made the call in Sokoto during a graduation ceremony at the Nigeria Air force Institute of Administrative Management.
He said the Air force is committed to building the capacity of its manpower to equip then to face the rising insecurity in the country.
The Chief of the Air Staff who was represented by the Chief of Staff War training Command of the Nigeria Air Force, Air Vice Marshal Moses Onilede said the force will sustain the synergy with sister security agencies to win the war against insurgency.
According to him, the Air Force will also focus on recruiting quality personnel that will help the force achieve its goals of ensure
He call on the graduating students to put to practice the skills they have acquire in the course of their study at the institution to contribute to the overall attainment of the goals of the Nigeria Air Force.
