The remains of the former governor of Ondo state, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu have been laid to rest in Owo, his country home.
Earlier, a funeral service was held in honour of former governor at the Saints Andrew’s Cathedral in Owo.

The funeral was attended by the vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima, state governors and other diginitaries.
